Organist and composer Jack Langdon presents three improvisations, each building on a decade of work investigating reduced, elemental forms on the pipe organ. The three tracks stretch and exhaust familiar harmonies and textures, bringing the listener close to the imperfections and fragile idiosyncrasies of the organ and softening the archetypes that surround this instrument.
